2011, 2013–2014
In 2011, we acted as financial advisor on the sale of Makro China (a minority-owned subsidiary of SHV) to the Lotte Group. This deal was followed by appointment as Financial Advisor on the acquisition and sale of three natural gas assets in Guangdong Province in 2013-2014. The counterparts in each transaction were highly powerful State-Owned players.
