2010–2011
In 2010, we assisted AACI (100% owned by Banpu) in negotiations with partners and government authorities, advising on long-term image development and business growth strategies in China. In 2011, we served as the financial advisor for the disposal of the Jincheng Lanhua mine, managing sensitive interactions between a central State-owned Enterprise and a locally entrenched one.
